Peter, i dont think a greater inheritance tax is a problem
ppl generally earn money way before they die (there's the retirement gap)
so ppl earn money to look after themselves in old age
to live vicariously in old age etc
so a big inheritance tax is not a disincentive to work
a big income tax is yes, cos thats an immediate harm
but we must be careful not to confuse the 2
as only a minority assume they will die tomorrow
