On Daniel's question "whether inheritance is natural".
Here is a rough argument on the thesis "wealth or economic inheritance is
natural" and just.
Argument 1
1. If we look at inheritance as an idea, then all particular inheritances
ought to have something in common.
2. inheritance in the course of evolution is natural
3. therefore inheritance in the course of accumulating wealth is natural
Now a second proposition arises from the argument above:
Inheriting justifiable wealth in a liberal political system is just or
morally good.
Argument 2
1. If advantageous inheritance of certain traits, in the course of natural
evolution preserves and endows members of species to endure and prosper,
then inheritance in this case is not only natural, but good and naturally
just.
2. If advantageous inheritance of justifiable obtained wealth in a liberal
political system preserves and endows this political system to endure and
prosper then inheritance in this case is good or naturally just - by
extension individuals or proponents of this political system would also
prosper.
3. Therefore wealth inheritance is both natural and just
