I ought to qualify my use of natural. I haven't come across it academically (not fully anyway), and i just use it to mean, fixed, factual, unalterable - truly a fact of life. In this way, inheritence is not 'natural', because we could change it.(Could someone has read something on 'natural' let me know what it really means!?).

Peter argues that in the course of evolution, inheritence occurs and is thus natural and therefore justified. But lots of things 'occur', including genocide and rape. Hopefully it is obvious that this is a valid and true reductio.
