Hi David,
Thank you for kind words about the conference and the interesting points
about my paper. Please forgive the lack of response - I have three essays
due in this week and got back yesterday to almost 100 emails! I'm not
ducking your mail - honest! - and will make sure I get a decent response
written after the weekend when life becomes a little easier.
Of course if anyone else wants to step in in the meantime, please feel
free.
