One option could be Rapid Share

http://www.rapidshare.de/

The way this works is that you upload a file and you are given a link, then
you could post the ink on bups and anyone can click on it and get the file.

I'll post my Putnam paper up there later and the link on here and you can all
see what you think of the method.

There's a couple of other options I'll ponder aswell.
