Re Rab's post. While it's a reasonable general rule, it's not 
necessarily the case that all online journals are low-grade (and as 
things develop with costs rising and libraries taking our electronic 
subscriptions, my guess is that more and more will go online-only.) What 
matters is proper review systems, The PG Jnl Aesthetics is online only, 
but is moderately respectable ( I hope so, since I have something in it!).
