Project Gutenberg is dedicated to providing whole books online for free(!) It includes whole works by William James, Karl Marx, the Ancients, and Kant, to randomly name just a few. It also has lots of literature. Stuff will only be on there if the copywrite has expired so only hope for old stuff (so this is maybe not so helpful for analytic philosophers). Nevertheless, it gives you free books, it's brilliant!
cheers,
andy.
