These are the results for the BJUP essay contest (details and
regulations here: http://www.bups.org/pages/contest.shtml)

1st
'What Putnam and Burge can tell us about belief'
David Birch (St Andrews)

2nd
'Evans’ Account of Existential Statements'
Jack Farchy (Oxford)

3rd
'Moral values and internalism about reasons for action'
Reema Patel (Cambridge)

Congratulations to our winners, and thanks to all those who submitted
papers. We hope you will enjoy seeing some of these in the next
issues of our journal.

Furthermore, BUPS would like to thank The Royal Institute of
Philosophy, Edinburgh University Press and The Philosopher's Magazine
for their sponsorship, and Mr Ryan Dawson for his organisational
skills. Without all this help, such a contest could not have been
possible.
