[Bups-l] Reminder about deadlines, and conference accommodation info

The submission deadline for the contest (submission rules and  
regulations: http://www.bups.org/pages/contest.shtml) is this Friday  
(18th May) at noon. There's a short grace period of an hour or two,  
but once we shut down submissions, all emails to contest at bups.org are  
blocked, so don't leave it to the last minute.

The submission deadline for the conference (submission rules and  
regulations: http://www.bups.org/pages/confs/cfp.shtml) is Thursday  
31st May at noon.

Regarding accommodation for the Oxford Conference (Saturday 23rd  
June), we've also made the info sent out on BUPS-L available on our  
website for your convenience: http://www.bups.org/pages/confs/ 
register.shtml (at the bottom)
Remember you can register on the day, but you are not guaranteed a  
place or a conference pack, so book early to avoid disappointment (it  
also considerably helps us with the organisation and preparation).
