The British Undergraduate Philosophy Society is very happy to announce that the BUPS Annual Conference 2009 will be held on Saturday 5th of December the University of Kent philosophy department. Our keynote speaker will be Professor Laurence Goldstein, who has worked extensively on logical paradoxes, with a talk entitled ‘The Sorites – A Project for Philosophy and Neuroscience’.

You will have the opportunity to hear and discuss a cross section of undergraduate papers on a variety of topics, selected for their academic excellence and clarity by professional philosophers. The conference is non-profit-making: registration for the conference is FREE to all undergraduates. As it is a day conference we do not provide accommodation, but for enquiries about accommodation in or travel to Kent University contact info@bups.org
